We seek individuals that seek a long term career in psychology. Would you say this is what you are after? Briefly explain.

Punctuality is important in any field, but especially of improtance with mental health careers. You will be working with professionals that will be designing complex behavioural interventions for your clients. It is extremely important to be punctual and maintain a consistent schedule. Briefly explain your thoughts on this point.

As you begin working with clients, you will be exposed to some private and sensitive information regarding the child and/or their family. Confidentiality is of vital importance. Briefly explain your thoughts on this.

Due to the sensitive nature of the field, we are unable to accept students with a criminal record. Please indicate that you understand without a clear record, you will not be accepted into the program.

Towards the end of the training, we will require 2 professional references used in your psychology portfolio. Will you be able to provide these references by then? If you have them now, please write below.

I acknowledge that this training does Not qualify me to open my own practice, or to run therapy sessions without supervision /authorization of a board certified psychologist or behaviour analyst. I acknowledge that I will only be permitted to work under guidance of a mental health professional. (CHECK BOX IF YOU AGREE)
